I've read the 5 in ASoIaF, waiting for ADoS. Shouldn't be taking so damn long...several chapters written for ADoD were removed and will be in ADoS...
More to the point... is the sex stuff any more disturbing than the violence? Not in my opinion. Does the notion of twin siblings having sex bother you more than someone being flayed alive? Or cooked in their armor? Or having molten gold poured over their head?
Hm..you said 'wincest,' you mean the Supernatural Sam/Dean fanfiction? I haven't read it...I've heard of it, and they mentioned it on the show, great meta stuff.
