may be he just wants to cause some times ur ping can be 1000 and onther time it could be 10 so spoofing is sometimes good

Some servers will even automatically kick you because they have like a ping cap on, ie: anyone with a ping over 200 will get kicked. Kinda dumb. lol. But i have seen pings up to like 900 on the war-lords servers
