so if an admin gets killed he can just be like "oh yeah u killed me thats abusing an admin" and then ban him? since the list is non-exhaustive and u have to ask an admin to be sure. also how is inappropriate language against the rules, i see people saying fuck/shit other curse words all the time, if i was admin does that mean i can ban them?

Never seen someone banned for speccing out in a 4 v 5. People have done that all the time. Especially if they are on the losing team - they see it as an opportunity to just end that pug and start a new one.
Many people, including myself have specced out during a 4 v 5 and have never been told that was "illegal" to do. Unless this is a new rule or something but it surely hasn't been enforced.

I'm not sure banning on these facts is prudent. I've lessened/removed this ban and a few similar ones.
