I want to add, I'm lazy to find logs of that, but he is a big racist... And if you care about wL community, just simply join any server and run vote, or ask people what they think, it's not us admins are bad, 3 days ban is nothing for the guy like massacre.

I've seen those logs, but the occurrances are over the course of days, not seconds or minutes. Even the most concentrated instance is significantly less than several other cases I've seen with other players, yet they have never been punished. I'm having a hard time understanding why this is being handled this way, especially when we have a document outlining how situations such as this are handled.
Basically what I'm getting at is that the log entries involved in this particular case are no worse than what many other players and admins themselves have said. Why is this player being punished if other people roam free? Perhaps following policies would help to keep a fair and level community. No one should be above anyone else.
Here's the question of the day: Should I go ahead and apply a 3 day ban to every admin who has committed the same offense?
With the number of people involved in this situation, I have to be missing something here. However, no one has funished anything indicating such.
