I don't think ping is the problem, I reckon it's the loss/ choke as Bison said. Even with 600 ping you don't teleport al around the place. Though it may be hard to kill the 300+ pingers

Yeah it's kinda irritating but I guess I have to deal with it for now. No other choice ;p

If people fail a series of choke checks, they get automatically kicked from the server (or that's the idea).
You can post as many screenshots of peoples ping as you want, but it's not going to change much.
The rate settings I currently use are :

rate "35000"They may not be optimum for you, but it's the settings where I get the least choke. Recently I have had a problem with my FPS being dropped, so I've warned you. I am still in the process of tweaking them.
