Rarely does someone ever die from Black Widows. Since you're trying to catch it, it will try to defend itself, but most likely, it will run away and hide at any cost.
Black widows kill alot of bugs, including some rodents. They are more helpful than you think.
Daddy Long Legs Spiders kill Black Widows.
