what i am saying is even if i nominate a good map it still wouldnt be on the top of the list and people would vote for bad maps because they're at top, so in result of a bad map being picked people start to RTV and people keep on doing it and it takes sometime untill people settle on a map. the rtv a.k.a rtb should be changed back to what it was before.
