You've missed one of the main purposes of the war-lords cs
servers. That is: to cater for international players (regardless of their ping). Also, you've misunderstood the difference between high ping (delay), and people teleporting around; someone can be skipping around and have less than 100 ping, while someone can have 300 ping and not teleport at all (there will just be a longer delay than usual).I agree with ptk, if you don't like it then visit some other American server.

I think we're like one of the few nonsteam CS communities In the US too, so yeah. Also you'd pretty much kill the entire server population of players if you enforced that low a ping limit. I'd say make a ping limit of 700 or something so it boots the ppl whose ping bounces around from like 200 way up to 900, and then make a high choke limit.

you know what? the only advantage of wL servers is having a high limitation of ping.(1000ms)
and thats what makes it public and international.
