The ONLY stat that should ever matter to a Counter-strike player - Rounds Won %
Score/KDR/Headshot%/Points are all things that make you APPEAR better to others but not PLAY better. Those stats will improve with time but if you're focusing on those numbers when you're playing it negatively impacts your game. When people rejoin the server to get a fresh score you can tell they are too focused on how other players perceive them and they hardly ever end up a good player in the end... unless they read this =]

Not true at all.
Rounds Won isn't a good aspect, it could just means you're team stacking. On the other hand, you may lose a lot, but the reality of the situation was that you were helping the losing team out, and it's too much for you to overcome.
Score/Points represents your time&dedication to the server.
KDR represents how well you can do in a pub.
Headshot% is important because it helps you get better and becoming quicker at target acquisition. It also gives you information of how/where you're shooting and what you may need to do to change it.

I'm saying all you should be thinking about while playing is winning the most amount of rounds. Don't be results oriented.
