Here's from the FAQ regarding microphone problems:
Q.: Is the microphone working?. Becouse nobody is talking, and when I talk, nobody answers.
A.: Try commands in console:
voice_enable 1
voice_modenable 1
And server must have "sv_use_steam_voice" set to "0", ask server admin if it is set correctly!
M. Bison, has this been set?

EDIT: Yeah sv_use_steam_voice is set to 1 by default

I'm back! I can finally play on the server war-lords, with this patch that was posted here, to succeed with this patch, users Setti should reinstall Counter Strike Source Orange Box, then put the update in the folder where the game is located, update then have fun and a bad thing in this update is that I lost points on the servers, and the achievements are only one copy of the folders that I can not remember the name but I just want to enjoy myself, I am always over there throwing my name in game is Cotoco , and so it is good luck and have fun!

Meaning it has NOT been set on the servers yet?

everything works all of the sudden.... except for the skin on the guerilla warfare skin on the terrorist, Still glows rainbow and is sometimes completely white....

Well if you don't mind the problem, you can just wait for the next patch to come out and hopefully fix it, otherwise, try reinstalling CS:S, because i don't think other people have that problem o_O
