"All teams that apply for the league must be based in North America. Any prizes (if applicable) will only be transferred to teams within North America."
It is quite ambiguous language, does it mean that people who are not from North America, cannot play?

thats definately not two hours a day. scrimming a few times a day will take around 2 hours each day. match time is 45 mins but theres also warm up and practice before it. The fact that is every day is a lot. def way too much dedication for TWL, twl is a lot lower than what cal o was..

This means that you can play silly. Just dont expect to win any cash or prizes. So if the team does get to the point where they win something you would just have to send it to someone in North America then have them send it to you via mail.
