Raptor does this happen on other traceroutes? This is definitely an ISP problem as you dont even get past hop 2.

no the servers must be transferred to India or China.....this new servers sucks a lot !!

I will transfer them to India if you give me the extra $100 a month it would cost to move it to India. India is very expensive for hosting.
