Rather than auto-kick to the booty of high ping(ers), I would like to recommend overriding everyone's rates to match the server. A server I used to play 4 years ago did just that. War-Lords servers get players from all over the world and most of them are enjoyable to play with. I'd hate to see them kicked.

I hate those russian cs servers, while they have music and good maps with their servers they kick you if your ping goes above 150, sucks that more americans don't play the game, or at least make online servers, warlords is probably the only American Cs servers i ever see up online, which also has decent amounts of ppl playing too.

LA is one of the best places in the USA for people from China.

Someone said something about Chinese people having 600 ping 0.0 I think i would break lots of things if my ping was 600...
