Specifically NTT 2X10Gbps, TATA 4X10Gbps, Telstra 2X10Gbps, Equinix SNG 1X10Gbps

All the tracerts have been indicating that it is an ISP problem. Softlayers network starts at networklayer.com in the tracerts, anything before this is an ISP problem.

Thavs I've been doing some traceroutes to your IP from our server and I have to say it's pretty shocking.




Your ISP basically has it going India -> New York -> Palo Alto -> Tokyo -> Singapore. The longest route possible. There's an underseas cable that links Singapore and India so I dunno why they aren't using that. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TIISCS_(cable_system)

thavs just in case you don't see my private message, can you please provide a tracert to 119.81.28.240. I'm trying to see if Softlayer can do anything about it and they're requesting a traceroute from you.
