Yes Sir, after patching the game with version 1.0.0.76, still no luck

You'll need to talk with your nosteam releaser. w4rkc4f7 confirmed there's nothing wrong with (wL) and nosteam.

other icafe shop in my area has no problems connecting with WL servers.
I use the game client from nosTEAM and patch 1.0.0.76 but I cant get it to work.
it says..."STEAM VALIDATION REJECTED" is this an IP address related issue?

if that icafe shop use nosTEAM game and patch without errors then you have a problem : try install NetFramework 4.5

I download again the patch 1.0.0.76 (feb 9) and it's worked!
