Try running a 10:50 2-mile, bet you couldn't break 12mins. FYI 9:30 2-mile is collegiate level running. I know because we had a ringer on our joint military competition team that ran in college. he would run a 3-mile in a dead sprint. Army 100% is 13:00 min
