Another suggestion might be something interesting for some old source players (back in its glorious days) is adding a quake sound system. (4 kill = dominating.) And have it in the feature that players can enable or disable the sounds and/or text. Or add a dota sound called "OWNAGE!" where a player clutches against 4 or more players!
