This guy is a musical genius! Anything you want to hear, he's created - heavy, soft, pop, punk, etc.. three polar examples here::
(PS - What is most amazing about Townsends music, is his ability to layer things so creatively. It sometimes just sounds like a mess - but it's always structured - it's a matter of allowing your ear to adjust to his intensity. But he always notably gets the emotional aspect of his song across simply through sound - lyrical value only adds to this after you can make sense of it! Progressive example #2 is a perfect example, as the lyrics may seem completely retarded to you all ("Cheeseburger!!"). But in the grand scheme of things, it makes perfect sense!!!
