Isn't the game the nonsteam version, and I do not have steam at all on my computer. Console says our steam ID [1:0] is not valid. Steam must be running and you must be logged in.

No its all right with the game i recently played in the minigame server nothing at all happened there is no problem in the css but you have to right click the exe in the desktop and run with administrator mine worked
hope it works .And I had the Problem too Even with bots offline The Same error is coming so dont blame warlords for it

Make sure steam is not found in the Windows task manager (CTRL+Shift+ESC) , try ending the process. If there is no steam process running, try to DL a new patch.

to avoid that error you must disable UAC and run game as administrator
