I was banned from all War-Lords CS:S servers I honestly didn't know why because I played the game normally, I don't cheat or use any hacks, I played the night before 07-02-13 smoothly and also in the morning of 07-03-13 and then I had to go to school and then when I came back late this evening I was shocked to see that I was banned in War-Lords CS:S server
. . . But i tried my best to investigate and found why I was banned in SourceBans, I don't know what Ban Evasion means.Will you please look into this? Looking forward to knowing your decision, thank you very much. Below is the SourceBans details:

The ban is derived from STEAM_0:0:599436395. It will be problematic to lift since it's probably triggered by a sibling or secondary computer in your household.
Can you purchase STEAM?

i downloaded my client from nosTeam, although i have a steam account, but if i play through steam do i have to buy the game?
