Who here are the ones who a both serious into lifting and gaming. I mean lifting weights, like who here is like hella good and hella buff?

Spartacus, me and a few others lift. I am only 5 months in though, and I had a set back with surgery a month ago, so slowly recovering and getting back into it.

I don't lift yet, I want to grow taller. I heard that lifting does not help you growing. I do pushups tho.

Just got myself a nice set of chains. Meant to boost explosive power.

The chains are rested at the bottom of the lift, so I don't feel its weight. This makes it easier for me to boost up fast. BOOMZ!

Im still scared of not growing taller. I am about 6 foot, and I would like to be a basketball player :p. I have to get taller >.<

Trust me thats all myth. Unless ur deadlifting 500 lb i dont see any major connection. If your short, your mom made you short... Its mostly genetics not lifting unless u take roids
