SteamID: STEAM_0:0:1379999122 (i am non steamer but i got this steam id from my ban details)

i played cs 1.6 for a very long time and i always used GeT_RiGhT's cfg. but 3-4 days ago i installed CS:S and downloaded GeT_RiGhT's cfg for CS:S too coz i was kinda addicted to his cfg. i started game for the first time i saw wL servers they had the lowest ping in my server list i joined it after playing 1 round suddenly i got banned saying SMAC 0.8.4.0: Eye Test Violation.i didnt know what it means but i searched in google it says it means you have shaky screen i know i had shaky screen and i think that was because of cfg. i deleted the cfg but still i cant join any of your servers tried changing name, uninstalled game, installed it again but still no luck. so can you please unban me it was all coz of that shitty cfg and your servers are the only ones with good ping.
