He is weapon hacking, in this map and this game mode all players only have knife to go on, but this one is not. And by the way, Nationality Thai. is doing it with him, but i got no evidence. Until i know how to demo record he had stop hacking.

He was exploiting a bug in the server's configuration. It should be resolved now.
