It appears you have been banned for ban evasion. What did you do when you were at office and Its preferred to have the [Complete] information prior to the ban.

Could be a previous IP that had been banned, a root will look into it and get back to you asap.
Be aware it sometimes can take a day or two for Root to respond. We appreciate the patience.

Maybe that time, I had a very high ping (more than 400, so it kicked me off the room automatically)
and I never been banned from any server (I played css more than 5 years).
