SMAC is short for "Source Mod Anti-Cheat." It automatically bans anyone using any sort of hacks and seeing how you're banned from the SMAC system, lying won't do any good. The only way you're going to be unbanned and getting a new copy of CS:Source. You'll have to wait for the roots to review this though I don't see any reasons to lift it however.
