So I've DL'd CSS again today and then I joined a wL server and it says "You have been banned." I've joined another one wL server again and it still doesn't work. My account got hi-jacked in September and I think it was the reason why I got banned but there's no VAC ban on the account. Hopefully, I've contacted Steam Support to recover my account.

There's sufficient evidence to corroborate his claims. The ban has been removed.
If this happens again, I will not remove the ban. Make sure you have Steam Guard enabled.
