Here's a couple demos of this guy, he's using an aimbot of some kind as you can see with all the shaking and towards the end of the first demo (and somewhere in the second demo) he does a complete 180 and starts shooting someone instantly.

To save you time, you could just watch the second demo (labeled snipehack3), it's short and has three or four very obvious kills.
He was even more obvious before people started calling him out, at one point i witnessed him kill 5 people instantly with headshots and they were spread out so he basically just did a sweeping 360 killing them all in like 5 seconds.

Yeah he got votebanned before I could ban him, he was definitely aimbotting. Hes on the sourcebans list right now but my login is broken again so I can't change it to perm.
