A lot of people know me well in the mini-game server cause I'm a old player in the mg server. I have played before counter strike 1.6, condition zero and 1.5. Idk if I'm worthy enough to be an admin but it depends with you guys if you want to make me an admin. if I will be an admin I will be a good admin.

-racist people
-Delays
-if someone is stuck
-if someone needs help
-the server needs more admins so we can control the madness in the server
-Player abuse
-advertisements
-I want to be a admin so I can make the server like old times
-a lot of admins and old mini-game players left the server Sad

You can report all those type of players here http://war-lords.net/categories/hacking-abuse-server-reports.248/ which would help the admins deal with them.
