I thought the server had this countdown before getting banned, the 120 seconds one if pug is not live...when I left it got me instant ban, I came before 120 seconds, to be exact, I came within 50 seconds. Please help? This is in Pug 1 ASIA

The pending bans only get removed when the PUG fills. It looks like more than one player was missing and you repeatedly left your team. The result was a prior pending ban managing to hit you while you weren't on a team.
