While i was playing Snipers server I Disconnected then i joined the server.
It Said 'Disconnected SMAC 0.8.5.1 Eye Test Violation' Please unban me.

Root admin can edit any ban on a community and look forward for it to see if the ban was true or by fault, but a normal admin or a server admin can't, he can just edit his own bans.

There doesn't appear to be a way to separate you from your brother. Both of you use either computer for gaming. You will need to purchase CS:S on steam to play here again.

i ve downloaded the game 3 times but still banned.

You need to purchase a legitimate copy of the game from the steam store if you wish to play again, not redownload the no-steam version again.
