the Yemen player Rillip remix aka Magen Bo, been banned for like 2 times, still sharing the gun with some players in the opposite team the whole time he winning the competitive maps with his "lovers"

I don't think just this picture is enough evidence, it looks like maybe the T is running after the CT to maybe shoot him, you can't really tell. I'm not going to issue any bans. If someone else feels like I'm missing something they can ban them.

Same here, there is not enough evidence in this picture alone to support your accusation against him of sharing guns with his frens.
