hi there, i would like to appeal for a permanent ban today. My brother play with my account and try something for cheating and get banned from your server.
I don't know what he as done but you are the only server i can play and i would like to continue.
I like to know if it's possible to remove that ban and let me play again with your server.

ok so there is no way i can play again, does it work if i buy the game again, and create another account?

Buy a new copy of CS on Steam and post up your new ID.
