UNBAN appeal - wreckless - Jul 19 2015
hello. i was in warmup mode and i was watching stream waiting for 10 in server. when we changed map i was picked on a team. then i randomly got timed out and disconnected for about a few minutes. tried to join back as soon as i was allowed due to being timed out, and i was banned 24 hours. please review and lift the ban. thanks in advance

ty. i appreciate it. but honestly, its out of my hands. i cant stop my internet from randomly timing out. if i was trolling or disconnecting then i understand the ban. is it possible to determine when the player should get then ban? because timing out and getting a 24 hour ban is a little ridiculous.
and to try to make the situation better. when my internet went back up, first thing was trying to reconnect. maybe also you guys should give the pug system a few minutes to attempt to join back instead of just banning..
sorry about me going on and on. but i do appreciate u helping me.

You're given 120 seconds to rejoin on intentional leaves and up to 180 seconds on timeouts.
