Whenever I try to connect to the pug through the IP I have saved, it saysÂ

This post describes it best, except I am NOT using a VPN, I am using my REAL IP to connect, nothing interfering. I do not have a ban or any of that nature. This issue just started earlier this morning (4 hours ago.)

Did your firewalls or router block the port?

I had a not responding problem and was not connected to a VPN or anything. I restarted my modem and it worked. You probably tried that already though.
