Does this game have modded guns or something?
My ping is fine so is my fps,but everytime i shoot its like im lagging. My bullets miss the other guy...Is there anyway I can fix this? My crosshair is on him for gods sake. It doesn't happen in warmup... Its so bad up to the point where I don't think I can play anymore...

Join one of the servers, type net_graph 3 in console and take a screenshot of it. Post it here and let's see what the issue is.

also use !route 2 whenever you join, really helps out sometimes.

Your rates are all wrong. Type these into console.
cl_cmdrate 100
cl_updaterate 101
cl_interp_ratio 2
cl_interp 0.01908
rate 12800
That should fix all the issues you are having.
