God damn, so we won't even know teams until right before matches. Teams should have been selected a week in advance.

we tried to do it a week in advance, most capts weren't online during the week and some backed out.

If you back out, then ask yourself why you registered in the first place. Just stay on, what good is it to back out now? It doesn't do anything. Just stay and wait it out. The tournament was ill structured from the beginning, meaning it was possible for people not to play from the beginning.

who said draft wasnt going to be public ? Preference lists are in case the capts doesnt/cant show up for the draft. Some said they want highest RWS available at each turn, and some wanna be there to make the best pick possible.

Yeah I understand, its not easy planning this with so many people. Maybe for next time we can add a fee to join. A small one like $1 that will go to winnings. But also an incentive to get people to take it more serious.
