Yeah it depends mainly on the server settings. It's just getting the timing of the jumps that is the hard bit. With enough practise, someone could do it completely legitimately, and CS:S has been out for years, so it's entirely possible that the jumps and kills were legit. I like to believe they are legit because the videos are made for fun, and I enjoy fun
