For future reference, you don't need sv_cheats 1 for r_drawothermodels 2 for reviewing a demo. Also, this person is 100% "wall hacking" but I suspect the whole "cheat engine freezing sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 2" deal rather than an actual "wall hack."
