I know this topic shouldn't be here but not sure where to post it...
Okay So my friend was playing CSS and when he scrolled and had a list of guns to pick... I never had that on Cracked or normal CSS... (I did buy the game) I also noticed when someone one, there was a "Team Won" At the bottom in a box.. Thanks!

The things 360 described are all normal features that come with the STEAM overlay.

Okay Im asking how do i get the thing that says "Team Won" at the bottem each round! (I figured out the Scroll and click feature) Thanks!

If you have Steam, it's automatically there.

The commands to enable those things are :
cl_nowinpanel 0
cl_show_achievement_popup 1
hud_freezecamhide 0
cl_disablefreezecam 0
That should configure all the HUD pop up stuff (achievements, freezecam, MVP/Round End popup).
