You were banned by our Anti-Cheat plugin on 07-16-11 for using cheats. I looked up the logs which pertain to the ban in question and they verify the bans legitimacy.
Cheating/Hacking is an activity which is strictly prohibited on our servers and will result in permanent bans from all war-lords servers. The server rules are located in the motd of our server which is shown upon server entry. You were thus given ample time to turn off and discontinue cheating prior to actually playing on the server. The ban will thus not be lifted.
If you'd like to play on our servers once more, you can setup a new steam account and buy a new copy of counter-strike: source.
