When i change teams in CS:S i die then i don't get respawned. I have to reconnect and lose all my money just to get respawned.....any solutions?

Yeah you have to wait until the round end. It stops people spawning as one team, then trying to listen to the teams strats so that they can then quickly spawn as the other team and know what their plan is.
Or alternatively, you could just be dead for a bit and not reconnect.
