i dont no alot about it but im pretty sure there not gonna do any thing if they see them the most they will do is kick the from the server

There is a check for people reaching a choke limit on the server. It's not an offence that is deemed ban worthy, but if excessive map skipping occurs I give them a little advice on how to set their rates. If they just ignore me and carry on skipping across the map, then I kick them (not the same as being banned).
