Inappropriate spray. Against by many player to remove that spray but he don't. I also warned him like "keep spraying and you ll be banned". and he replies "I'M A GOD". Also this guy troll to others much to make them angry

Unless you have the ability to ban someone for an inappropriate spray, I don't see how this concerns you.
