CSS: V67 Patch Problem (SOLVED) - MindHACKer - Oct 17 2011
After installing the V67 patch from Aviara, you will experience a Problem, and all the Controls will be Locked, and a message says: something about "Beta Steam..etc".
To solve this look at the Images Down below and do the same in your rev.ini file.

It works fine now on Windows 7 Sp1, hope it works with you too.
P.S: If you still have Windows XP, no need for all of that.

I have XP, neither of the pictured SteamDll lines work out for me.
edit; to be more specific, when I run it with the default line, I get the 'beta steam' thing where it won't look for servers. When I change it to the fix line, the game doesn't run and I instead get a small error window saying 'Unable to load .\Steam.dll. Please edit or comment out Steamdll value in rev.ini'
