hello,
i just have a suggestion for this http://war-lords.net/staff-applications ... ine/ so, i just have a thought about the requirements.

-Applicant has played on all of our servers for a net time of over 72 hours (3 days) 120 hours (5 days).
-Applicants have not wrongfully accused players of hacking. Chat logs will be checked for these types of accusations.
-Applicants have a strong knowledge of hackers. You will be tested on your knowledge of hacking on our teamspeak server.
-Applicants are fine with staying active on the forum. If you receive admin, you will be required to stay active on the forum, or else your admin will be revoked
so, can you add one more requirement like reporting hackers 3-5 times, because people come here and they are like "oh i wanna be admin, i just going to be a spectator in the game so i can get these 5 days easily" well, i think this is not enough, there need to be more action like reporting hackers. So, you can do this recording stuff before you get an admin........ it's funny when some applicants want be an admin but they don't know how to record a demo.
ps It's like a volunteer job, you volunteer and then you get a real job. I hope you'll understand :

it sounds like a good one to add, but what if there just happens to be a few weeks of no one hacking..or something like that? It would Literally screw the other ppl trying to get admin.
Or we might end up with players trying to get admin accusing other players on the server of wrongfully hacking. Im just trying to say it might increase the number of people getting "BAN REQUESTS" on the forums, thus giving even more work to the Sr/Root admins. I figure you guys are very busy right now and are not looking for more work to do, but if you are looking for more work then this sounds like a great idea!!

well why do people need to hurry to get an admin, I know it take a lot of time to catch someone who is cheating....... patience man 8)

yeah your right...im in the process right now...trust me i have patience, it just seems like every time i start to spec/demo a player that is hacking, they seem to leave and i just would not want that to hold me or anyone else back just b/c I/they have bad timeing. Some of the time i just keep second guessing my self b/c it will look legit but then others are liek so BS.

Notice: I reserve the right to change the requirements at any given time. However, this will not affect admins that have already been accepted.

Wrong, a real job pays your bills, so even if you get admin - you will still be volunteer.

You get payed with superpowers. For example I like to pretend I am Sir Freezalot and Join wL servers, and freeze every player that i come across, then take my time to get the HS (HS are worth more points). I mean... What else is admin for?
