You mean a Proxy Grabber? ya right all the good ones are private.. if your lucky you might get some off boting Fourms but very unlikely.The one i have only gives me about 20 proxies out of a 10,000 list Good luck..

do you test proxies on your computer or on a VPS? do you have the Scanning patch? do you have ports open for scanning? do you have the thread and timeout correct? that is one thing i hate about Proxies you need to Fine tune it to the .00001 and it takes HOURS
