So, I have a question: Do I need a STEAM account if I will buy a CSS in the store?

no not the online store :o I am talking about the local store like Fred Meyer, because i saw the CSS in the CD box :

You can buy the box, install Steam and activate the CD key on Steam so you get the digital copy and can play on Steam! At least you should be able to.....I dont see why you shouldnt be able to

ok man thanks!!!!!! crap I don't know what to do. If M.Bison didn't tell us that he has couple more copies of CSS on STEAM I would go and buy it, but I want to participate in future tournaments. If I will buy css, I will not be eligible for tournaments (IMO). :-\
