Here's what you have to do:
1. Record a demo of a hacker(must be valid and have the HUD open with the Steam ID).
2. Upload it(I suggest mediafire.com).
3. Post it here: http://war-lords.net/hacker-abuse/
4. Repeat until you get 5 hackers.
Good luck and have fun. I suggest looking in dust2 deathmatch and office.
