Well, i opened css today and it says Preparing to launch Counter-Strike: Source and it freezes there. Any suggestions to fix it?

Do that verify system files thing in the properties and see if the works. If not then just google your problems.

I know my laptop can run it. What you said spartan, I already done that. I google it and found a steam website where it shows you how to fix it. It.  happened to all my source games, so I think it's steam problem.

yeah tried every thing.....
tried every setting....
well it was working perfectly some hour ago,but now stucked.

and it can't be a graphic program.....

Steam just had an update, maybe it failed to install property, try to re-install steam.

there is currently an issue with the steam cloud - any games that sync with it will be hosed until this is resolved. You can attempt to disable the cloud sync but it doesnt make a difference. Everyone is experiencing the outage once they have played cs and then closed it and attempted to re-open it for a second time.
