Download NoSteam CS:S v_1.0.0.70 Patch - naive - Feb 10 2012
I've tested this patch, and it worked for me over top a v69 aviara install no problem.
Just extact to your counter-strike folder, change rev.ini and you should be good to go.

Delete the spaces before the name that's why you get disconnected.
